Selma Hodzic holds a master's degree in communication science from the University of Vienna. Her thesis, titled "The portrayal of sexual violence against Muslim women in the media: the case study of Bosnia and Herzegovina," reflects her passion for investigating media portrayals and their societal implications. Selma’s research interests revolve around political communication, with a specific emphasis on the multifaceted connections between political messaging, technology, and the modern media landscape. Currently, she serves as an assistant program coordinator for the Norface Governance project led by Univ.-Prof. Dr. Sophie Lecheler.
